Order Processing:  Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing.  It is our goal to ship orders placed M-F and received before 3:30 MST the same day.  Orders placed after 3:30 are shipped the next business day. 

If you would like to add or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can ship the items together.  

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number with the estimated date of delivery.

During check out, shipping rates will automatically be determined by our shipping calculator.  When you place an order, the shipping and delivery dates are based upon real-time carrier information.  Depending on the provider you choose, shipping estimates will appear on the shipping quotes page. 

United States Postal Service:  First Class (1-5 days), Priority Mail (1-3 days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 days).

UPS:  Physical address required.  Ground (1-5 days), 2 Day and Next Day Air.

International Shipping:

PremierLash can ship your package to any location around the world, unless product restrictions are stated.  Shipping options will be determined by the real-time International shipping calculator.
