RETURN & EXCHANGES

Returns:  30 Day Policy

Go to My Account > My Orders > Select Order > Under Actions select Return > Choose from available reasons that best describe your reason for return 

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority!  Our mission at PremierLash to ship products and provide services of the highest quality. Due to issues of hygiene, PremierLash cannot accept product returns after the packaging or safety seal has been opened. Returns and exchanges of unopened, re-salable products (excluding adhesives) are accepted within 30 days of the original date of purchase. The buyer will be credited with their purchase price within 3-5 business days following the return.  

Products purchased from our affiliate partners must be done through the original point of sale to determine eligibility for refund or exchange.

Exchanges:  30 Day Policy

Go to My Account > My Orders > Select Order > Under Action select Return > Return Reason Exchange

Please submit a Return Authorization Form within 30 days of purchase.  For your convenience, you can also email (info@premierlash.com) or call (801-803-1348) to start the exchange process. When returning merchandise, please include the RMA NUMBER for orderly processing.   Return merchandise must be received within 30 days of delivery.  

Our return address will be emailed.

Damaged Merchandise:

Go to My Account > My Orders > Select Order > Under Actions select Return > Return Reason > Damage RMA 

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately (within 72 hours of delivery and no more than 5 days) phone (801-803-1348) or email (info@premierlash.com).  Please save all the original packaging until instructed otherwise.  To avoid returns, please send us a photo (info@premierlash.com) of the damaged item to expedite the replacement.  If a return is needed, our return address will be provided.  

 

Refused Shipment:

If the shipment is refused, when the order is received by us and determined to be in re-sellable condition, we will refund the cost of the merchandise, plus a 20% restocking fee.  Refunds are proceed within 3-5 days from date the item(s) are returned.  

Non Returnable Items:

Due to the sensitive nature of cosmetics and personal hygiene products are non returnable.
