If you believe that your package is lost or missing, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, check your mailbox and surrounding area (including neighbors and businesses). Carriers will often hide packages out of public view. Or, provide a key to a Lock Box.
