You’ve earned your loyalty points—and we want to ensure you have the opportunity to use them before we close this chapter. Our loyalty points program will be discontinued on November 25, 2025 and any unused points will expire on this date.

This change is part of our effort to simplify pricing and streamline the customer experience, making everyday pricing more straightforward—and eliminating the need to manage point balances going forward.

To check and redeem your points:

1. Sign into your PremierLash account
2. View your point balance
3. Apply them before November 25th, 2025
