Shipping & Returns

General Shipping & Handling:  If you are in the US and you order $150 or more in product you will receive Free USPS Ground Shipping.  All other shipping charges will automatically be determined by our Shipping Calculator.  Hawaii, Alaska shipping are subject to increased charges. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  

International Orders: If you are located abroad and order $750US or more in product you will receive FREE USPS, UPS/FEDX Standard Shipping.  All other shipping options will be determined by our International Shipping Calculator.  All Duty and Taxes for International shipments are the customers responsibility.  

24-48 Hour Processing:  Expect delays due to record high volume of e-commerce orders, Covid-19 and weather events.  First Class Mail 24-48 hour processing time plus 3-5 business days. 

All orders received between Monday-Thursday are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours.  Orders placed after 3 PM MT on Fridays will be shipped within 48 hours of the following business day.  

Route Order Protection:  Optional order protection is available.  Route protects your package against damage, loss & theft.  All claims are filed directly through or through the Route mobile app.

Weekends & Holiday Shipping:  All orders placed on weekends or Federal holidays will be processed on the next business day following the weekend or holiday.  

PremierLash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If the incorrect address is provided, the client is responsible for paying all extra shipping costs.  

Returns Policy:  It is our mission at PremierLash to ship products and provide services of only the highest quantity.  Due to issues of hygiene, PremierLash cannot accept products returns after packaging has been opened.  If an adhesive is not performing properly within the 14 days from date of purchase and its determined by our team to be a product issue, a replacement will be rewarded with no return necessary.  

Returns and exchanges of unopened, resalable products (Excluding adhesive) are accepted within ten (10) days of the date on the original purchase for a refund. Buyer will be credited with his or her purchase price, less free shipping (on non-damaged merchandise)  and or return shipping costs if a return label is needed. Merchandise received after 14 days are no longer eligible for a return. 

Return shipments and exchanges, please submit a Return Authorization Form within 10 days or email us directly.  Go to My Account >My Orders >Select Order> Start Return.  Returns are processed within 5 business days and credit to be applied to your account. 

For product purchased from one of our affiliate partners, please return the product to the original point of sale to determine eligibility for refund or exchange. 

Subscription Ordering:  Subscription ordering is available on some products.  Please make sure you are committed to "subscription" order, as we do not accept returns on subscriptions.
