General Shipping & Handling: Shipping options will automatically be determined by our shipping calculator. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

International Orders: Shipping options will be determined by our international shipping calculator. All Duties and Taxes for international shipments are the customer's responsibility.

24-48 Hour Processing: All orders received between Monday-Thursday are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3 PM MT on Fridays will be shipped within 48 hours on the following business day.

Route Order Protection: Optional order protection is available. Route protects your package against damage, loss & theft. All claims are filed directly through claims.route.com or through the Route mobile app.

Damaged/Defective Product:  In the event that you receive damaged product(s), it is our intent to resolve the issue expeditiously.  To avoid returning the merchandise (14 days of delivery), please email us (info@premierlash.com) with clear pictures and/or video of the damage within 72 hrs of package delivery.   Once we determine that the product is damaged, a replacement product(s) will be shipped within 24-48 hours.  Merchandise is no longer eligible for return after fourteen (14) days.  Individual cases may vary.  

Packages damaged in transit are insured through Route Order Protection.  

Weekend & Holiday Shipping: All orders placed on weekends or Federal holidays will be processed on the next business day following the weekend or holiday. PremierLash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping costs.

Exchange & Return Policy: It is our mission at PremierLash to ship products and provide services of the highest quality. Due to issues of hygiene, PremierLash cannot accept product returns after the packaging or safety seal has been opened.  Returns and exchanges of unopened, resalable products (excluding adhesives) are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. The buyer will be credited with his or her purchase price and a $5 restocking fee. If an adhesive is not performing properly within 14 days from the date of purchase and it's determined by our team to be a product issue, a replacement adhesive will be sent.  

Restocking fees do not apply to product exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Merchandise is no longer eligible for return after fourteen (14) days.  Individual cases may vary.  

Return Shipments & Exchanges:  Please submit a Return Authorization Form within 10 days, or email/call us directly (info@premierlash.com). Go to My Account >My Orders >Select Order> Start Return. Returns are processed within 5 business days and the credit or refund will be applied to your account.

All products purchased from any of our affiliate partners must be done through the original point of sale to determine eligibility for a refund or exchange.  

Subscription Ordering: Subscription ordering is available on some products. Please make sure you are committed to a "subscription" order, as we do not accept returns on subscriptions.
