To use:

The foam is dense and two pumps or less is ample for your entire face.  Designed for all-skin-types, and lightly scented. 

Use just a pump of mousse per eye. Gently brush through your lashes with the Swoop Cleansing Brush, from the base to the tip and along the lash line.  Rinse with cool water, blot dry, and groom with a PremierLash Mascara Wand. Safe for everyday use and as an all-over lash & facial cleanser.
