CLEANING THE LASHES BEFORE LASH APPLICATION!

If you have a client arrive with dirty lashes, before applying eyelash extensions, carefully cleanse the lashes.  The PremierLash All Skin Types Cleanser or Tea Tree Cleanser will ensure that no oil particles around the eyes could cause trouble when lashing.

IMPORTANCE OF MEASURING YOUR ENVIRONMENT!

Every lash artist should own a hygrometer to measure their lash room humidity/temperature.  Both humidity and temperature can affect how the lash adhesive behaves.  While some adhesives have a wide range of an ideal temperature and humidity.  Making a few adjustments can make a huge difference with your speed. 

CHOOSE A CORRECT DRYING TIME FOR YOUR SPEED!

Be sure to choose a lash adhesive to match up with how fast you are/are not. The dry time you select will also have an impact on your retention - Supreme dries in 1 to 2 seconds verses Infinity dries in 0.5-1 seconds.  Generally speaking, the more quickly a lash adhesive dry's the more thin the glue.  Be sure to get enough lash adhesive on the lash extension.  Typically 1-2 beads of adhesive are needed and do not drag out.
