Noir Coating & Sealant is specifically formulated to protect your lashes and darkening light colored lashes. It will protect eyelash extensions from oils, moisture, and dust. This sealer also helps to seal your lashes by adding locking-in moisture and creating a barrier. The added layer of protection is ideal for lashes that are exposed to extra moisture such as high humidity, sweat (from exercise or active lifestyles), swimming, and oily skin.
Keeps eyelashes extensions moistuirized, glossy, and beautifully groomed. Acts like a finishing/hair spray keeping lashes in a fixed postion. With a light and thin consistency, Noir Sealant won't weigh lashes down and prevents clumps for a seamless finish to your lash extensions.
