Directions:

Use a flocked lint-free applicator brush or micro brush, dip into adhesive, swipe onto the back of a decal, and place on a single lash spike or fan for instant glam!  For longer retention, seal the adhesive with Ultra Bonder.  Avoid applying to inner corners.
